Someone once told me I needed therapy… and honestly, they weren’t wrong. 😂

Turns out, my kind of therapy involves rearranging furniture, fluffing pillows, cleaning every surface in sight, and turning ordinary spaces into something beautiful. 🧹🛋️✨

Some people meditate. Some people journal. I move furniture around until the room feels right. 🤷🏻‍♀️

There’s just something about a clean space, a perfectly styled room, and a good before-and-after that does wonders for the soul. 🤎

And the best part? I get to call it WORK.

CHOOSE YOUR HARD. 🤎

Doing the work is hard.
But so is watching everything fall apart because you didn’t.

Getting up early is hard.
Staying disciplined is hard.
Maintaining your home, your health, your business, your relationships, and the life you’re building? HARD.

But you know what else is hard?

Living with regret.
Feeling stuck.
Starting over because you kept putting things off.
Watching the life you wanted slip further away because you weren’t willing to put in the work.

Today it might look like me getting my hands dirty, working in my yard, and tackling projects that would be a whole lot easier to ignore. 🌿

But the lesson goes so much deeper than yard work.

You don’t get to avoid hard things in life. You just get to choose which hard you’re willing to live with.

I’d rather be exhausted from building a life I’m proud of than exhausted from avoiding the work it takes to get there.

Because discipline is hard. But regret is harder.

Choose your hard. Then show up for it. Every. Single. Day. ✨

Honest review of EHPlabs | Be Empowered 👀🔥

I put the OxyShred pre-workout fat burner to the test during one of my lower-body days…starting with a 1-mile treadmill run and heading straight into lifting. 🏃‍♀️🏋🏼‍♀️

Here’s what I actually loved:

⚡️ Consistent energy throughout my entire workout
🔥 Powered me through my run + lower-body lifts
🧠 Noticeably better mental focus
✨ And the BIG one… no crash later in the day

I’m picky about anything that makes me feel overly jittery or leaves me exhausted a few hours later, so the steady energy was probably my favorite part.

So far? It’s getting a YES from me. 👏🏼
