Easy Gnocchi (Ages 10+)
Learn how to make this adorable potato pasta and leave with enough for dinner for a few nights! Includes a demo of 3 sauces, tasty bites, and a beverage.

How to Make Chicken Nuggies! (5+)
You and your little one will learn how to make the easy dinner of champions. Includes nuggies, fries, beverages, colorful veggies, and of course… a sweet treat!

This one is for the seriously fun grownups. Featuring special guests The Meat Dudes, Evan & Chef Tyler! Your ticket includes a wagyu sampler, demonstrations on the best ways to enjoy it, and a beverage.

Only 10 seats! This is a one-of-a-kind guided tasting and cooking class with the Meat Dudes, Evan, Chef Tyler and honorary meat dude Chef Christian, exploring the full spectrum of American Wagyu.

You’ll taste everything from rich Full Blood to approachable F1 Cross while learning how genetics, feeding programs, and ranching styles shape flavor and texture. Along the way, we’ll break down how to properly cook Wagyu, what to look for when buying it, and the simple techniques that bring out the best in every cut.

Guests will enjoy a curated sampler of premium American Wagyu along with a paired glass of wine. If you’re new to Wagyu or already obsessed, either way, this experience is designed to make Wagyu approachable, understandable, and seriously delicious.
