diagnosis: Our service team ran a camera into the main sewer line to find that roots had separated the sewer. 😧 Service Plumber Dylan Fetz and Apprentice David Wilgus dug around utilities and excavated the the previous sewer line to install a brand new PVC sewer line that ran from the house to the septic tank. 🧑‍🔧🏠

🧻🚽Let's talk toilets 🚽🧻

Flushable wipes have become much more popular over the years, especially since 2020 when the great toilet paper crisis occured. 🤪

Flushable wipes are not made for plumbing systems. Wipes are made of a non-degradable material to hold them together such as polymers and polyester. Toilet paper breaks down almost immediately in water, whereas wipes stay in tact and once they hit plumbing system they cause backups. These backups lead to overflows and full blockages. Plumbing systems are made for 3 things: liquid waste, solid waste & toilet paper.

So what happens if you use these and experience a clogged toilet? Here are a few tips.
