Completed another project. Two bathroom remodels that included expanding them. Removed a chimney and repaired rot in wall and roof from leaking and added a double window. Removed wall and added a beam to open up living room to den. Replaced subfloor where needed and installed new flooring throughout and updated fans and lights.

This is the start of a massive project. We have completed the deck and installed the exterior door to access the second story. Soon we will be adding 2x8’s for subfloor, framing two dormers and 10’x 8’ full bathroom. More pictures to come with progress.
