Before and after pictures of our most recent complete interior repaint. Trim was dark brown and repainted Alabaster. Walls were pretty dark and repainted Accesible Beige. Ceilings were painted white.

If you are starting to think about painting your exterior this summer and going to switch to the very popular trend of White, there is a substantial upcharge. White takes 2x’s the amount of paint to get the proper coverage. It also takes about 2 more days to do it properly. We hand brush al the grooves and lines as you can see in these photos.

We are currently scrapping these popcorn ceilings, applying knock down and painting. There is a ton of prep work that goes into this process, but is always worth it.

One of the projects we have completed this winter. It was very challenging, but turned out beautiful. We stripped the upper outdated honey oak colored cabinets, restained and lacquered in a more modern stain color.

Exterior repaint with Sherwin Williams Duration. We wrapped the front porch post in cedar, replaced the wood around the garage with cedar and built 2 cedar gable accents pieces. All cedar was then stained.

I get asked about our popcorn texture removal process often. It’s probably hard for people to understand what a big undertaking it is. The client on the project we just wrapped up, had asked for pictures of the process because she was intrigued on how it is done. Since we do this all the time, it dawned on me that the general public doesn’t probably understand how it is done.
Here are some pictures of popcorn removal, drywall repairs, knockdown texture application and then the painting of the ceilings. We also filled in three skylights that were removed when a new roof was installed.
