It’s bake day!!!

I currently have 4 loafs of Sourdough banana bread up for grabs! 2 already picked up and sold! $6 a pan

Fresh out of the oven this morning!

I’m working on Cinnamon rolls now. About to roll out shape. Rest, final rise and bake!
These babies take 2 days to make! 🤪

I have 2 orders already pre ordered but will have 4 more available in just a few short hours!
Full pans will be $25 with cream cheese icing.

Focaccia Strawberries and cream pan $20
Excellent as a dessert or quick breakfast!

And possibly pretzel bites if I have time left over to toss some together! Price announced when ready!

Spent all day baking and prepping Cinnamon Rolls my husband requested for his guys at work yesterday.

Y’all, they are the best, fluffiest most delicious cinnamon rolls I’ve ever had!

I’m not a huge fan of cinnamon rolls “gasp”. I don’t care for cinnamon and a lot of times the texture is just to tough on the out side.
Not these babies!

If you’re scared to start your sourdough journey, don’t over think it. It’s mostly just learning patience and watching your starter to give you signals and signs when it’s ready.

I’ve been making sourdough on and off for years. I over think it, stick to the recipesto a T and they come oht great but not as well as the lst few months. Why? I watch my starter and her signs that she is ready. But this is the first time Ive grown a super strong, very active starter.

What I mean by that is she holds WELL, comes together beautifully with no tearing. But also the last few bakes even at her peak BF (bulk fermentation stage) she is so very active still!

I thought for sure with me struggling to roll this dough out last night and fighting the movement because it kept wanting to bubble and rise these would be dense and very chewy.

Absolutely not! Light, fluffy, and soo freaking good!

Take a leap. You won’t be disappointed. 🤤

So I have been working on soap formulations etc, and busy filling orders.

But I’ve also been experimenting with our canned items we will still have some of.

So I accidentally over proofed this new recipe last night. 😢
Thats why it’s not as fluffy as it should be.
But I decided to just go with it.
Jalapeno cheddar sourdough is bomb.

BUT!
This cowboy candy with sharp cheddar.
Man!! It’s 🔥!
This one is a little heavy but that was my fault. I woke up late and missed my peak proof and let it go about an hour to long.

So minus the heavy bread this first go around, The flavor is on point!

I cannot wait to offer this one up if anyone is interested, once I get the mousture level and proof times down.
This is my recipe im creating myself so there is some trial and error.

It’s got that sweet/tangy flavor. Then hits ya with the spice and the comfort of a delicious sourdough. Yes please!

Hey guys!! I’ve been quite on the posting side of things again! 😬

When I say we are busy, we are busy! lol 😆
Between work, this huge snow we got, and working on soaps and lotions I have not had a minute to post!

I’ve been working on new formulations and soaps are done curing and will be listed in the next few days!!
More lotion restocks coming as well!

But I wanted to share this message I received last night!

Reviews and messages like this is why I spend hours, months, weeks, years even; researching and formulating natural products and Herbalism. ❤️
I dont just google popular recipe’s and then use those. Every thing we make is formulated by us.

This is why it takes me a minute to create anything new!
I research and research and experiment to give the best product and use the most natural ingredients we can when making all of our items.

This “Healing” massage Cream is simply amazing! It’one of the first ones Ive formulated and I don’t get to keep it in stock at all.

Philips guys as work love it!

It works and if it doesn’t help with deep pain it absolutely helps with muscle pain, inflammation, bruising, and minor scrapes and burns!
Ive also created it so you get a beautiful smooth massage that actually absorbs in with no after feeling of needing to wash it off after a normal massage.

It’s AMAZING if you have that dreaded extreme dry cracked heels.
When Philips back is acting up besides the mineral soak I whip up for him this is used 2x’s a day. He told me last night there is a big difference in the morning with stiffness when I don’t use it.

The other soaps need a couple more weeks to finish curing! But will be ready around new years!

We have been busy!!
We are getting orders ready to be shipped to Florida, Nebraska, Ohio and North Carolina!

We have also been working on soaps and new naturally infused scents!
This will include our gear to toe bars, goats milk, gentle head to toe, solid dish soap, and stain sticks!

Tea Tree, frankincense, myrrh, rose, and Lavender are iur current nee scents we are introducing !

Stay tuned for those as they are curing for the next couple of weeks!
