Okay all. We didn't last till 4, we sold out in right under 2 hours. I didnt increase the amount of inventory this market(like I had originally planned), just because I felt so rough this week and had to rest. Thank you all for showing up and all the support🥰 WE didnt get to walk around a whole lot, but, I finally got meet Jasmin, who I had always seen and heard so much about.... also, got to try her delicious cinnamon rolls. If you get a chance and are in the Gettysburg area, definitely check out her new storefront she just opened!! Jasmine is so sweet and she definitely sells quality bakery items😋😋. We also purchased delicious strawberries 🍓 from , another near Gettysburg place to check out. Thank you all so much again, and make sure you take time to go out in the sunshine and enjoy this beautiful weekend 😊

My husband has been the absolute best and most supportive partner through this sourdough journey.

I've seen so many people say you can make pizza and bread peels from the wooden crates that come with bread ovens, giving those crates a second life instead of tossing them out. I showed him a simple idea, and as usual, he went completely above and beyond.

This man has always been my biggest cheerleader. Through the highs, the sold-out markets, the awards, and especially through the moments when I felt like throwing in the towel, he's been right there encouraging me to keep going.

Small business owners know those seasons. The long hours, the doubts, the setbacks, and the days when you wonder if all the hard work is worth it. Through every one of those moments, he's pushed me forward, reminded me why I started, and believed in me even when I struggled to believe in myself.

So today, I'm thankful not only for these beautiful handmade peels, but for the man behind it. ❤️

Thank you for always supporting my dreams, helping bring my crazy ideas to life, and being my biggest fan. I couldn't do this without you.

Hey friends ❤️
🚨a little heads up about this weekend🚨
I wanted to give everyone a quick update. Since getting home from vacation, I've been dealing with an infection that has knocked me down harder than expected. After an antibiotic change, I'm finally starting to feel like I'm heading in the right direction, and I'm very thankful for that.
Today is ingredient pick-up day, and my plan is still to be at Amblebrook this Saturday. That said, I'm taking things one day at a time and listening to my body. If I continue improving, I'll be there with fresh sourdough and baked goods. If not, I'll make the difficult decision to cancel rather than push myself too hard.
As many of you know, we also have the Lavender Festival next weekend, and I want to make sure I'm healthy and ready for a very busy June ahead.
Thank you all for your patience, support, prayers, and understanding. Small businesses don't run without amazing customers, and I'm grateful for every one of you. ❤️
Now, back to resting, hydrating, and hoping these antibiotics keep doing their thing! 🤞🥖

📣 Okay everyone... here it is!

June is shaping up to be a BUSY one for our family and for Starting All Things Sourdough! 🥖✨

Not only do we have some larger events on the calendar, but we're also fitting in a private class, graduation celebrations, doctor appointments, basketball camps, and all the fun that comes with summer break. ☀️🏀🎓

So tell me... which event will I see you at? 👇

🚨 Just a heads up: if you were wanting to attend the Lavender Festival, tickets are required for entry and the event is officially SOLD OUT...I don't want anyone making the trip and not get in.

We can't wait to see so many familiar faces this month. Thank you all for keeping us busy doing what we love! ❤️

Hey hey, everyone... we're back! ❤️

Everything is unloaded, unpacked, and mostly put away. We drove through the night, but it's going to be so worth it because tomorrow we have a whole day to rest, recover, and ease back into reality.

For those wondering about the starter... she's still alive and well! 😅 The starter I fed before we left was definitely getting a little runny and smelling slightly acidic, but she survived. I already gave her a nice boosted feeding(and no, I didnt find a mason jar, I found a glass bowl and that was sufficient 🤣🤣) and while you're all waking up, I'll probably still be sleeping. 😂

I hope you all have a wonderful Sunday. Slow down, relax, enjoy your family, and soak up the day before another busy week begins.

And can we talk about this weather for a second?! Y'all could've warned me! I left Tennessee and it was 84°... I pulled into Pennsylvania and it was 43°. 🥶🥶🥶

Vacation mode: OFF.
Hoddies and leggings mode: ON. 😆

🇺🇸 Today is about so much more than cookouts, sales, and an extra day off.
Memorial Day is a day to pause and remember the brave men and women who gave the ultimate sacrifice while serving our country. ❤️🤍💙
Because of their courage, sacrifice, and love for this nation, we have freedoms many often take for granted. Today, we honor the fallen, remember the families who carry that loss every day, and say thank you for a sacrifice that can never truly be repaid.
As you gather with family and friends today, may we all take a quiet moment to remember the true reason for the day.
We remember. We honor. We are grateful. 🇺🇸

Who has been here since the beginning of April??
My daughter did a science project on how processed food just as store bought bread molds in comparison to homemade 3 ingredients no preservatives bread. The sourdough molded and was in the trash after just 7-10 days. They both are in the same temperature/spot/ location. The sourdough was so gross, we tossed it and the project was already presented. However. Just out of pure curiosity, I asked her to keep the store bread in that spot, just to see how long it actually takes it to mold. We are now over a month in......not even counting how long it was on the shelf at the store. The only difference I am starting to see now, is that it is drying out and getting more crumbly...not a speck of mold, or fuzz or anything 🤮😝
