Change orders are pretty common and we strive to handle them in a transparent and efficient manner.

If you want to make a change to your home, we carefully review the requests and assess their impact on the project schedule and budget. We'll provide you with a detailed estimate of the cost and time required to make the changes so that you can make an informed decision about your home.

Once you have approved the change order and any associated costs, we incorporate the changes into our project plan.

This was a fun job staining this front door for Fireside Homes parade house!!
You can take an ordinary steal/fiberglass front door and make it look like wood.
