This one got:
✔ New pressure treated decking
✔ Brand new stairs
✔ Updated railing system
✔ Black aluminum balusters for a clean modern look

Really happy with how clean and solid this project turned out. The updated railings and stairs completely changed the look of the space.

This wall had water damage and was poorly installed/taped from the start — so instead of doing a patch job, I redid the entire wall the right way.

✔️ Removed damaged and failing areas
✔️ Reworked the wall for a solid, clean base
✔️ Properly taped and finished
✔️ Primed and textured for a consistent look

Now it’s smooth, uniform, and ready for paint — no shortcuts, no patchwork showing through later.

🔨 Deck Stair Repair Done Right

These stairs were a hidden safety issue.

The stringers were completely rotted out, and the railing posts were failing — not something you want supporting daily use.

We tore everything out and rebuilt the structure the right way while reusing the existing decking to save the homeowner money:

🚪 Patio Door Replacement – Frame Failure Fixed

This homeowner was having issues with their sliding patio door — the frame had started separating from the glass, which is a major failure point.

At that stage, it’s not just cosmetic:
• Air and water can get in
• The door loses structural integrity
• It won’t operate properly for long

We removed the old unit, prepped the opening, and installed a new door the right way — making sure everything was sealed, level, and built to last.

✅ Opening properly prepped & wrapped
