Bates Construction Company is looking to hire an individual to join our team with great work ethic and framing knowledge. We do a wide variety of work ranging from new construction, pole barns, finished basements, covered patios, decks, and more. We do most of our work in St.Clair County, Monroe County, and Randolph County. Must have a valid driver's license and a background check will be done. We just wanted to apologize to anyone waiting on callbacks, messages, or bids from us lately. As many of you know, we recently lost Monti, and our family has been trying to navigate through an incredibly difficult time.

Being a small family business, things have understandably slowed down for us these past couple weeks. We have only been continuing work on jobs that were already in progress while taking the time we needed to be with family and handle everything that comes with such a heartbreaking loss.

We truly appreciate everyone’s patience, kindness, prayers, and understanding more than you know. We plan to get back into the swing of things next week and will start catching up on calls, messages, and estimates as quickly as we can.
