-Move doorway and frame new walls for shower and frame niche
- cut into concrete, add drainage for the shower, patch concrete
- move electrical switches and outlets for accommodate new foot print
- add new exhaust fan/light combo
- move HVAC supply
- run new waterlines for shower
-build new shower
-tile work
- install sliding shower glass doors
- Sheetrock/paint/finish

Before & After — Same View!

These two photos are the exact same view before and after the remodel.

Before, this home from 1910 previously had an old butler staircase (back staircase - from 1st floor to second floor). We replaced it and built this beautiful bathroom from scratch.

✨ What we added:
• A custom arch built over the tub
• Tile chosen to give the home a rustic, warm charm
• A design that matches the age and style of the house
• Finishes that blend right in with the rest of the home
• Also converted their current hall bathroom into their new master bedroom

Now the room feels fresh, open, and full of character — and the tile and arch add to the same charm you feel in the rest of this historic home.

Since one shower wall was on a roof pitch, the grout lines wouldn’t line up if I followed the same pattern. So I switched it up for the slanted part of the wall ➡️📐
