Happy New Year Hosta Lovers~ Here's hoping to a phenomenal 2024!

2023 left our family with many questions to be answered. Whether or not We should or could continue Our business, let alone tending to Our garden.
So, I say now, with a heavy heart that We will no longer be selling - Homestead Hosta's last and final year was 2022. 2023 brought health challenges to both Ed and Sue that take priority for Our family.

We thank each and Everyone of You for your continued patronage and dedication to coming out and visiting Us year after year. We have met some amazing people and made some great friends along the way!

Cheers to 2024! May You all have a Healthy and Happy Year!

It is with heavy hearts that Our beloved mascot, Jinx has crossed the rainbow bridge. She loved all of Our customers and she will be sadly missed in the upcoming 2024 Hosta season. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Good morning fellow Hosta Lovers! Summer has been flying by and before we know it it’ll be Falll! Ed is getting better day by day but we’re taking things slow. Because of this We have made the decision to not open for the 2023 season. This will give Ed the needed relaxation and it gives Us the adequate time to prepare for the 2024 season.
Please understand this was not an easy decision. 2023 has thrown us a curve ball - We will come out swinging in 2024!! 😉

Good Morning Hosta Friends -

The start to 2023 has been a challenging one. Ed's health has not been the best and he ended up in the hospital recently. Usually I would have been posting about our fantastic kick-off to start the season, Memorial Day but today I'm afraid to say we are postponing sales for now. My goal is to be back open by end of June.

Thank you for all of your continued support. Believe me when I say, it does not go unnoticed. As we get Ed on the road to recovery and I can start putting more time in to this area of our family I will be back to You all.
