Some people go to the beach to relax; I just watch this sander follow a door profile and feel my blood pressure drop. It’s basically therapy! 🧘‍♂️

​We recently added the Festool RTS 400 REQ to our toolkit and it’s been showing off ever since. If you’ve ever tried to sand the deep grooves on a 4-panel door by hand, you know it’s a one-way ticket to losing your patience and the skin on your knuckles.
​
As you can see in the video, these Granat PROfile foam pads make the sander melt into the curves. It handles crown moulding, baseboards, and tricky profiles like they’re perfectly flat. I’d say I’m doing the hard work, but I’m really just along for the ride while this beast does its thing.
