What is a Bookmatch?

Book matching is simply using mirror images of a material to create a more interesting design. Say you have a loaf of marble rye(see what I did there?) When you slice that loaf, each slice is a mirror image of the piece that is sequentially next to it.

It’s a beautiful way to design a more unique fireplace, kitchen island, or shower surround.

When a lovely client came in a few months ago looking for a slab to go with this unique vessel sink, I just had to show her the Onice Van Gogh onyx we have. The result is just as beautiful as we imagined, and I'm so happy for her!
