Sometimes the biggest transformation starts with what you remove. ✨

The original shower was tucked behind a full-height partition that made this cabana bathroom feel narrow and enclosed. Removing that wall and introducing frameless glass opened the sightlines and made the entire room feel more spacious.

A little resort luxury, right at home. ✨

I wanted this cabana bathroom to capture the feeling of a coastal escape. I love how the tile resembles overlapping seashells, with delicate ridges and a pearly finish that catches the light beautifully.

Cambria’s Montgomery quartz countertop brings the palette together—its soft ivory and seafoam tones complement the tile, while warm wood and brushed brass add richness. The turquoise shower mosaic gives it that extra touch of ocean color.

Who wouldn’t love coming in from the pool to this? 🤍

Sometimes the extra space you need is hiding in the layout you already have. ✨

With a dining room just steps away, this breakfast table was taking up space we could put to better use. Reimagining that area opened up the kitchen and made room for a dedicated coffee bar—a personal touch for a client who loves her coffee.

Thoughtful space planning creates room for the way you actually live. And here, that includes a beautiful place to start every morning. ☕️

Would you trade your breakfast nook for a coffee bar?

Function and thoughtful space planning are always the foundation of good design. ✨

The original kitchen had an angled peninsula, a raised breakfast bar, and a nearby table that crowded the layout. We replaced the peninsula with a generous island, opening the sightlines and creating a continuous surface for prepping, serving, and gathering.

The result is a timeless, inviting heart of the home, thoughtfully designed around the people who live here.

Elegant without feeling formal. Luxurious without feeling excessive. And most importantly, a room that feels just as inviting as it is beautiful.

Sculptural silhouettes, beautifully grained woods, delicate brass accents, and luxurious upholstery bring a quiet sophistication to this space.

I love the graceful curves of the Baker dining furniture and the architectural detailing of the console. Paired with expressive contemporary artwork, these pieces create a beautiful balance of refinement, warmth, and personality.

There’s something so beautiful about blending the richness of the past with a fresh, contemporary perspective ✨

The original room was extremely themed: heavy columns, ornate furniture, elaborate draperies, traditional chandelier, dark cabinetry, patterned rug. But I didn’t walk in and erase everything Tuscan…I edited it.

Removing the columns opened the architecture, while adding brick to the arch actually reinforced the home’s Mediterranean character.

I love how the furniture is a contemporary interpretation of old-world Italian elegance.

Designing a home shouldn’t be about checking the boxes of what’s currently “in.” It should be about creating spaces that feel like you. ✨

Tiffany loves color, pattern, a little whimsy and a touch of glamour—so we embraced all of it. This room isn’t trying to fit into a trend. It’s layered, personal and unapologetically hers.

I always want my clients to feel comfortable enough to tell me what they truly love—and brave enough to choose it, even when it isn’t what everyone else is doing.

I believe that the most beautiful homes aren’t the ones that follow every trend. They’re the ones that tell you something about the people who live there. 🤍

What was once an empty guest bedroom that was rarely used is now a space that my client actually gets to enjoy every day—a beautiful sitting room that effortlessly transforms into a guest retreat when needed.

The mink colored velvet sleeper sofa allows the room to become a guest bedroom when family or friends visit, but the rest of the time, it’s Tiffany’s cozy little escape—full of texture and warmth…a place to lounge, watch TV and simply enjoy a room that once sat empty.

Because sometimes the best makeover isn’t just about making a room beautiful…it’s about giving it a reason to be lived in. ✨

Sometimes the best designs come from thinking differently.

Wonder how we added 6 extra feet to our client’s master bathroom?

We borrowed space from the primary closet to create a spacious wet room with a two-person jetted tub, then replaced the lost storage with custom built-ins that are as beautiful as they are functional.

✨ Bigger bathroom.
✨ Smarter storage.
✨ A home designed around the way our clients actually live.

From builder-grade to boutique spa. ✨

This primary bathroom was completely reimagined by thinking beyond the existing footprint. By borrowing space from the adjacent master closet, we were able to create a soaking tub that’s nearly twice the size of the original—turning an ordinary bathroom into a true retreat.

The transformation includes:
✨ A spacious two-person jetted soaking tub
✨ A seamless wet room with a large walk-in shower
✨ Custom warm wood cabinetry with dramatically improved storage and organization
✨ Light, airy finishes that make the entire space feel larger, calmer, and more luxurious

Sometimes the best renovations don’t come from adding square footage—they come from rethinking how every inch is used.
