Welcome to the USC chapter of the Construction Management Association of America!

USC CMAA offers the opportunity to network with industry professionals, alumni, as well as similarly interested students! Students can participate in company lead information sessions, jobsite walks, and other events, learning more about important topics and current issues in construction management. USC-CMAA is open to all those interested in the field of construction and construction management

including both graduate and undergraduate students in the construction, engineering, business, real estate, architecture, and other related disciplines.

Wrapping up the semester with some BIG news… USC CMAA was named Outstanding Student Organization of the Year!

What a year it’s been: fast, rewarding, and full of wins thanks to our incredible members, mentors, and partners:

• 150+ members impacted • 45 events hosted (info sessions, dinner & learns, socials + PD) • 24 industry partners • 🥇 Design Build – 1st Place @ ASC Region 7 • A successful 30th Emami Annual Symposium • lots of memories made

None of this happens without the people behind it all, huge thank you to our industry partners, coaches, and faculty for always showing up. Special shoutout to Hank Koffman and USC Sonny Astani Civil & Environmental Engineering for the constant support.
Proud of this squad. We’re just getting started! 😤

TINNOVATION is here!

A DESIGN-BUILD COMPETITION.
USC CMAA is choosing a structure of our choice (theme to be revealed soon). We will assemble donated canned food items into a creative free standing food structure. We have begun the collection of canned foods, so start stocking up!!! Let’s fill up the room. 😎

Keep in mind, this is a VOLUNTEER INITIATIVE. Our end goal is to design-build a canned structure, submit the required documents and donate our project to a local food bank. Prizes range from money, to Milwaukee tool kits, and more.

More details regarding design rules will be revealed soon.

Spearheading our competition is Haley Rohrig, our very own Alumni/Community Service Chair. If you are interested, have a question about donating or the competition itself, or want to express interest in building, please reach out to [email protected].
