New build alert 🚨‼️

- 3 inches of closed-cell spray foam in all the exterior walls and the garage for a total air seal 👊

- Every heel is stapled and sprayed to ensure that the baffles we put in do not fall down or move on the windy prairie this house sits on ✅

- Poly v***r barrier hung on the lid 🤝

Once the drywall is in, we will come back and blow in loose fill cellulose in all of the attic space. Once all is said and done, this house will be efficient, clean, and done right.

- Polly v***r barrier hung on the ceiling lid, with every seam taped to make a full seal so when they put the tin ceiling up you don’t have to worry about leaky attic space. We will be coming back to blow in loose fill cellulose to wrap this job up!✅

Same purpose, different day? With spray foam there is no question it serves the same purpose. Whether it’s a 50x96x16 pole shed or a 28x14 utility shed, closed cell spray-foam does its job better than any other insulator out there! Check out what we did below ⬇️ ✅

- 3 inches of closed-cell spray foam on all of the 16ft side walls of the pole shed.

- 2 inches of closed-cell spray foam on the roof deck, sidewalks, and the floor of the utility shed for a complete and total seal top to bottom.

From small to big, spray foam does the same job, no matter what. Check out what we did on this porch and crawl space below ⬇️

- 4 inches of closed-cell foam on the roof deck

- 2 inches of closed-cell foam on the side walls.

- In the crawl space, we made a complete and total monolithic seal with 2 inches of closed-cell foam across the board.

These homes will be efficient, airtight, and critter-free for the long run. ✅

Does your rim joist look like this? This rim joist we recently worked on had old dusty fiberglass batt insulation that was not efficient. Poor air quality, dusty product, and no air seal is a recipe for moisture, high energy bills, and headaches. We removed 9 bags of batt insulation and came back in with 3 inches of closed cell spray foam.

Air seal ✅

No moisture ✅

No more dusty nasty fiberglass ✅

Another happy customer with insulation that will last a life time and serve the same purpose the day it was applied!
