Soft Shawarma Flatbread

The bread stays thin and bends without cracking. A spoonful of yogurt keeps the middle soft while garlic oil gives the warm surface more flavor.

Serves 2
Time to make: 55 minutes

What you need:

1 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon instant yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon plain yogurt
2 teaspoons olive oil
1/3 cup warm water
1 tablespoon melted butter
Pinch of garlic powder

How to make it:
Mix the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
Add the yogurt, oil, and warm water. Stir until a soft dough forms.

3/4 teaspoon instant yeast
1 teaspoon honey
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons olive oil

1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon plain yogurt
