Chocolate, cafe au lait, sand, carmel , khaki, oatmeal… I find browns and beiges to be very stabilizing. While EVERYTHING beige can be boring, with texture and pattern a room becomes earthy, rich, grounded.

Surely a bed for royalty…. I just sold my last linen duvet cover with embroidered shams. All that’s left of my gorgeous Ukraine bedding line is this queen bedspread. Generously sized, ruffled, with a zippered top for optional fill. The zebra tray also sold, so now we enjoy the fruit painted version. These are custom pillows, one set in zebra velvet, and three in black velvet with gold. The coupes are Tiffin glass with a real gold border.

One of the fun things about sales is that I get to redesign a corner here at Trovato Interiors. The bed too is now almost half off.

More inventory coming out of storage! I forgot we had these sweet chairs. Comfortable, pretty, and easy to move around for extra seating. They’ve been completely redone in creamy paint with a pale gray wash and light spring green upholstery. Look at the carving on the curvy arms and fluted legs. They don’t appear to have been used since they were redone. $795 for the pair.
