Two jobs. Two loads. And one couch I wasn't going to charge for.

Started the morning already headed to the transfer station from the night before.
Called my repeat client, let her know I could be there within the hour, and got to work.

Garage was packed. Old carpet, padding, hardwood flooring, a few appliances. Two full loads to clear it out.

Swept the garage when we were done and followed up to confirm everything was good.

Then a neighbor walked over.

She had a couch sitting on her ground-level patio and couldn't find anyone willing to do a single-item pickup. Gave her a quick quote. She said yes.

When I went to load it, she mentioned she's a single mom raising an autistic son.

I took the couch at no charge.

Small thing on my end. Meant a lot to her.

I covered the cost with a small adjustment on the original job. No big deal. Just the right call.

This is the kind of work I want to be known for.

Hot Tub Gone, Patio Restored!

Last night’s project was a hot tub demolition for a customer who was ready to reclaim her patio space. The hot tub had been sitting unused for over 12 years and had been out of service for the last several years.

The customer contacted us on Saturday, and we met with her on Sunday to assess the project. After agreeing on a plan and price, we scheduled the work for Monday.

In just about an hour, the hot tub was completely removed, the area was cleaned up, and her patio was ready to be enjoyed again. Since the customer had to fly out Monday morning, she wasn’t able to be there while the work was completed. However, she shared how excited she was to return home and see the finished result—and finally have her patio back.

Today’s project was our first professional window cleaning job, and we were excited to return to a home where we had already completed pressure washing services earlier this week.

This one-story home had 19 exterior windows that hadn’t received much attention in over 20 years. After decades of exposure to the elements, the glass had accumulated a significant amount of dirt and buildup. We focused on cleaning the exterior windows, restoring clarity and helping bring more natural light back into the home.

The transformation was noticeable, and the homeowners were thrilled with the results. It’s always rewarding to help customers take pride in their homes and see the difference that proper maintenance can make.

I didn’t get many photos during the job, but I managed to snap a few to show the results. We’re grateful for the opportunity to earn this customer’s trust, and it sounds like we’ll be back soon to tackle the interior windows as well.

Before & After: Spokane Valley Pressure Washing Project

We had the opportunity to complete our first pressure washing job on Thursday, and what a great experience it was!

This 1,800-square-foot home in Spokane Valley took approximately 3.5 hours to complete from start to finish. Like many exterior cleaning projects, there were a few challenging areas—especially the narrow space between the house and the customer’s camper—but we were able to get everything cleaned up and looking great.

It’s always rewarding to see the transformation that pressure washing can make. Years of dirt, grime, and buildup can leave a home looking tired, but a thorough cleaning can instantly improve curb appeal and help protect exterior surfaces.

Tonight’s project was helping out a neighbor by installing protective screens over the exterior vents on his home. We’ve seen a growing issue in our neighborhood with birds finding their way into vents and building nests, which can lead to blockages, damage, and unwanted messes.

This home had two vents that were already occupied by nests. I carefully removed all accessible nesting material from both vents, then installed protective screens on those vents as well as every remaining exterior vent on the home to help prevent future bird intrusion.

To finish the job, I pressure washed the affected areas to remove built-up bird droppings and restore the home’s appearance.

Yesterday’s project was a full apartment clean-out along with carpet and vinyl flooring demolition. We were subcontracted for this job by Total Green Carpet Cleaning Services, and we’re grateful for the opportunity.

It was definitely a tough one, but after nearly 8 hours of hard work, the apartment was cleaned out and ready for the next step. We take pride in showing up, working hard, and making sure every job is completed the right way.
