We often get asked....How do I know if I need a new roof?

Here are some simple tell tale signs of when you should have a professional look at your roof system.

Look for signs like leaks, cracked or curling shingles, loose granules in gutters, or vegetation.

Roof Damage:
- Storm damage, such as hail damage, can significantly shorten a roof's lifespan.

Shingle Condition:
- Cracked, curled, or missing shingles indicate the roof is nearing the end of its lifespan. This could be caused from age or weather conditions such as wind. High winds tend to crease shingles

Granules:
- Loose granules in gutters or around downspouts suggest the shingles are losing their protective coating. This could be due to age, or weather conditions such a hail.

Leaks:
