Our technicians mainly work on residential furnaces & air conditioners in Johnson County & surrounding counties. Ideal candidates have a minimum of 1 year of experience. We are seeking professional, detailed HVAC technicians & installers who strive for quality. Ace Air Heating & Cooling is a fast-growing residential HVAC & Plumbing company in the Kansas City area, & we are looking for professional technicians & installers to grow with us!

Our technicians & installers need to be hardworking, punctual, reliable & responsible, that have experience in residential heating & cooling. Need to be able to diagnose & repair, as well as replace/install furnaces & air conditioners. We are a small company & are looking for a full-time permanent hire. We pride ourselves in being honest to our customers & need a person that has the same attitude.

In case you haven't received your postcard in the mail or heard! Dave Maxwell's Heating and Cooling has merged with Ace Air Heating and Cooling! Together a company that is ready to serve you and your HVAC needs. The merge took place back earlier this year.

Dave is retiring from HVAC and after a lot of thought and sleepless nights decided to sell the business. Reed and Melissa bought Dave Maxwell's Heating and Cooling earlier in 2021. Not much has changed other than Dave's retirement from the business; Zach still works for us and we are striving to keep business as normal.

Reed and Melissa have had the pleasure of meeting most of our valued customers in this past year and look forward to meeting each and every one of you!
