It’s about the water
As a family business involved with asphalt operations since the caveman era (circa 1963), pops got my brother, Jeff, on an asphalt roller at the age of 4. For me, age 6. Despite breaks for school and other jobs, we haven’t strayed far from the nest of blacktopping. Why we’ve even broadened our interests to include protecting our waterways. Since 2000, we’ve been solving drainage issues and, where sensible, choosing to treat stormwater runoff. It has become our passion, despite tar running through our veins. And now with the next generation, we continue to do some pretty great things. What a treat to work with family and long-term employees who have become extended family. It’s a talented bunch.
