💧 Solving Water Problems the Right Way

Water buildup around foundations can lead to serious issues like cracks, moisture intrusion, and long-term structural damage. On this project, we core drilled through the foundation wall to install a proper drainage outlet, allowing trapped water to safely escape away from the structure.

By creating a clean, precise core opening, we were able to connect the drainage system and give the water a controlled path out—helping relieve hydrostatic pressure against the wall and preventing future water buildup.
