This old wall was blown out, sagging, and tired so we replaced her with something newer, tighter, and ready for years of service 😉

Speaking of deadmen, this wall has them. Structural ties locking it into the hillside. We also installed filtered drain rock and piping which provide excellent drainage to fight off rot and decay, because water is the enemy of any structure.

Deck upgrade complete! We added a new section to extend the outdoor living space, then pressure washed and sealed the original deck to bring it back to life. We also cut in new drains to keep water moving away from the house because good drainage is just as important as good design.

Big thanks to Debby for being such a cool and easygoing homeowner throughout the project. Jobs like this are a pleasure when the people are awesome too 🙌
