If your how I was when I had my home built in Bannon Lakes, I didn’t get any custom work with intentions of doing any “extra” modifications myself. Today I walked through all 4 model homes in the Preserve and took pictures of any small job I know I can do and have had experience. From accent walls all throughout the house, shiplap as an accent wall, entire room, or that little space underneath the island in your kitchen that your kids are constantly kicking and scuffing. Upgrade light fixtures, ceiling fans, hang wall art or mirrors. Changing your kitchen cabinet k***s, custom shelving for all closets, floating shelves, garage shelving, hang curtains and rods. Get creative and come up with your own ideas or spin off all the detailed features on display in the model homes. Contact me anytime for suggestions, repairs and estimates.
