This client needed the brick molding around their front door painted. Instead, we had recommended to replace it with PVC so it’s permanently maintenance free. We replaced it and also sanded and painted the rest of the wooden door trim and caulked everything water tight. Another happy client in the books for K&B.

Working with amazing clients is the reason we like to get up and go to work everyday. This client had a glass block window removed from their bathroom and a regular style installed. They needed us to repair the drywall on the one side so it would look proper. We also installed 2 new carriage lights and a 3-way light switch in their laundry room. They are so happy to have these items taken care of.

This client decided they wanted to paint their porch themselves. When they were painting it, she had decided to install another handrail on the other side of the stairs. We had completed the other handrails a couple weeks ago, but she just felt there was something missing, so another handrail it is! Happy is a complete understatement for this client.

Another happy client for K&B. We really enjoy seeing our clients smile when we can help them out. This ceiling fan was getting a little worn out and looking a little old. Client decided they didn’t really use or even need a fan in this location, so a new light fixture was installed. There were birds making nests on the fan blades and becoming a nuisance, so now, everyone is happy and this looks amazing!

This is one of our commercial accounts located in Lenexa, Kansas that wanted to upgrade their break room. They had designed it, and we brought it to reality. We replaced the cabinets with soft close Aristokraft cabinets with brushed nickel hardware, installed the microwave cabinet/shelf with the new microwave, installed the new receptacle for the microwave, new laminate countertops, some minor plumbing adjustments, new refrigerator, a couple new long lunch tables and stools, and cleaned the floor. These clients couldn’t be anymore excited about the updated break room and they can’t wait to enjoy their new space!!

This return client was having issues with humidity in their large bathroom. The exhaust fan was inside the “toilet room.” That left a very small door opening to pull the humidity out of this large bathroom, and that wasn’t enough. We decided to close up this open space above the toilet room and install another exhaust fan directly above the shower along with replacing the existing fan with a larger updated model. Now, they will not have any issues with the humidity again. While we were there, we painted the entire bathroom (client did not have the ceiling paint, so that will be finished at a later date) along with a few drywall repairs. Happy clients are the best clients!!

Another wonderful client wanted to add a little character to their island and their breakfast bar. We had put a little board and batton on them and they couldn’t be anymore happy with the results. They also had a chandelier that was dated and just not doing it for them, so we had installed a fan/light fixture for them. Another happy client in the books for K&B Handyman Services.
