Experienced Residential Painters & Interns (St. Louis & Surrounding Area)

We are looking to employ full-time Experienced Residential Painters who are looking for a stable job in the residential painting industry.
We are also interested in Interns who have graduated from a technical school.

Compensation: $18-30 per hour based on experience & skill set.
Benefits: Paid Holidays & Paid Vacation

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You must meet quality work expectations, have a clean & professional appearance, have reliable transportation, arrive on time, follow directions, provide polite & courteous client service, communicate well with others, have your own tools, protect surfaces at all times, maintain jobsite cleanliness, work within budgeted hours, and perform both interior and exterior ladder & scaffold work.

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
Service oriented, team player, good problem solver, with a willingness & desire to learn more about the trade are all critical for personal and team success.

REQUIREMENTS
Provide a minimum of 3 years of previous relevant work experience with references OR Graduate Certificate from Technical Program.
Must have a valid Driver’s License.
Must pass background check.
Must have your own tools.
Must perform interior & exterior ladder and scaffold work.
Must be able to comfortable lift & carry at least 50lbs.
Out of town sometimes required.

WORK SCHEDULE
Monday thru Friday 7am-3:30pm, or 8:00am-4:00pm (start times vary).
Some Saturdays.
Potential for Overtime.
Location: start at jobsite.

Another awesome front entry refinishing project…
This front entry in Town & Country was an especially rewarding one. But not just because it turned out beautifully, but because the homeowners were considering replacing it. The door was never the color they wanted, and it was in really bad shape. We were working on a neighbor’s door when they approached us to talk about what we might be able to do to save it. And now, instead of spending $10K+ to replace the door, they invested $1280 to have us give them a door they always wanted and are thrilled with the end result.
