Its been a while and hopefully everyone is staying safe from the covid. I am now starting to do work but outside work only.

I have planned on rebuilding the customers custom built shed and now its happening! Ive been waiting until the pressure treated cedar tone was dried out enough for paint to adhere. So now I am measuring, cutting to replace the wood rotted peaces and tgen make it like nothing happened. I will show pictures of further work.

Recently, ive taken a job from a customer to build an indian religious prayer sherlving unit in their closet. Baisically converting their closet into an alter. So i have been sketching and designing a 3 teir shelving unit aditionally equipped with drawers. Im in the process of updating the drawing and check my measurements to figure out how to build it. This includes 8 by 8 3 stacks of shelves on each side including hanging chains with bells mounted to the bottom shelves. I will baisically have to fo woodworking and utilize my router to create designs.

I will show you updates

I recently diagnosed an exterior light that would not function. It turns out the light socket failed the same time the switch did. After I changed out the light fixture, I re engineered how the old tube and k**b wiring would go into the new switch and it worked just fine.

I also replaced a weather seal on the door, re mounted the garage track to the brick wall, re greased all the garage mechanisms to eliminate a squeak, mounted 2 bike racks to the brick wall, and adjusted and fabricated sliding closet doors to operate again. Finally, i changed out walter filtration filters.

Nother happy customer

Well now that I have some more time, I installed custom crown molding and 3/4 kleets to match the existing cabinets originally without it. I made sure it came out professional with the matching wax stick to fill finish nail holes. Unfortunately my trusty dusty miter saw could not cut the crown molding so I had to rent a bigger miter saw but accomplished it. I then caulked seams on the sidewalk upon customers request and painted 3 coats of deck sealant on the stairs.

At another customers house, uninstalled lights and replaced them with fan kits. Repaired storm door and balanced and adjusted a swinging front door.

Next on the repair list is replacing a toilet, taking out the pedestal sink and replacing it with a vanity, replacing the kitchen sink w/faucet, gate repair, and installing/wiring in the 3rd fan

So today Im helping a customer on her way to passing inspection for her condo to go on sale. Replaced outlets with gfcis. Replaced a storm door weather stripping and fabricated the weather stripping to fit the existing single it's hard to find. Then repairs the door itself to shut. Diagnosed some plumbing along with cleaning the oxidation from the copper and finally repairing a loose railing by drilling holes in concrete and re mounting it from there and finishing it off with a stain

So today I was able to kills multiple birds with one stone. My customer is selling her house and I sanded and matched the paint on her kitchen cabinets, caulked, feather edged, and painted window sills, replaced all 6 smoke alarms, diagnosed electrical issues with her fan and instructed her on how to work the remote, re-caulked the shower, and repaired the loose piece of glass by adjusting the frame. In one day. Keep getting faster I guess.

I will do many more repairs by means of weather stripping for the front doors and garage and possible some woodworking along with replacing a light fixture.

I know everything I do is seamless

Been a long time. Yesterday, I installed a railing for a regular. She had trouble with the original since it was to low for her to go down the steps. Not too bad. With these metal rails, it comes as seperate pieces you have to buy. I had to bend the straight railing diagonally for it to be in the right angle down the stairs and then had to measure and cut the angles. Not bad
