Snap peas, Kale, Spinach, Lettuce, Carrots, Chives planted! Harvested a bunch of peppers today (sweet, mild and hot). Planning to dry the hot peppers and freeze the sweet and mild peppers.

I think there's going to be a bunch more basil even though I harvested a bunch of it already. It's taking advantage of the water for the fall
planting. Looking forward to more basil!!

All prepped for fall planting! I was so happy to see that two of the flowering bare-root trees the Arbor Day Foundation sent me made of through the summer!! They will live in the garden another year before I move them somewhere permanent on the property!

If we are VERY lucky, if this little dude... "Turk," will make it to adulthood on our farm.... he had 30 friends, but a volunteer inadvertently opened the gate to their pen last week ..... in one night, we went from 30 to 3. We are now at 2.... Turk and his buddy cooped up well for the first time tonight. Turk follows his people around as much as possible!!!
