This weekend gave us a meaningful opportunity to pause and reflect.

Being named Business Persons of the Year by the Kirkwood Des Peres Area Chamber of Commerce is an honor we are deeply grateful for and a reminder that none of us build anything alone.

This recognition belongs to the people who show up every day. Our team, who carries both the pressure and the purpose with care. Our clients, who trust us with their homes and their stories. Our families, partners, and community, who support the work quietly behind the scenes.

We have learned that the challenges of small business are not just obstacles. They are a privilege. A chance to build something meaningful, grow through the highs and lows, and keep showing up with intention. Not for accolades, but because we believe in serving well, honoring a legacy rooted in faith and integrity, and contributing positively to the community we are grateful to be part of.

City Council: Stop the demolition of 751 N Taylor Ave, Kirkwood, MO

We are so saddened to read about the plans to demolish another one of Kirkwood’s historic homes. This beautiful home, with more than 150 years of history, has been part of the fabric of the community for generations.

Preserving the history and stories of homes like these is exactly why Terra Nova Revives was created. We believe every home has a story worth saving and can be thoughtfully reimagined for modern families while honoring what makes it special. Our mission is rooted in sustainability, community, and respect for the craftsmanship and character of older homes.

If you know of a historic, charming, or character-rich property that deserves preservation rather than demolition, we’re searching for our next project. 🏡✨ Let’s work together to save more homes with history and heart.

Unless its owners have a quick change of heart, a historic home in Kirkwood will be demolished come March.
