A good rainy day job for I Got a Guy!

Painted plywood is not the best material for exterior soffit. I installed this new aluminum soffit while dodging the rainstorms. When the sun came out the homeowner got new gutters and trim!

Mother in law was afraid to climb the stairs!

The front porch stairs were rotting and dangerous. The porch railing and decking were rotting as well. I replaced them both and updated their look with a new stain. Now grandma can visit the grandkids worry free!

Fixing another handyman’s work.

A few months ago this owner had a handyman address her her leaning mailbox post. His “fix” was to put the old rotting post on top of the old footing and sprinkle some concrete around it like he is putting parmigiana on spaghetti.

After it leaned again she called me to fix it the right way. I dug a hole to the appropriate depth and poured a new concrete footing. Now it will last for years to come!
