Our install crews have been busy this week.

This homeowner was dealing with a noisy system, no heat, and an expensive repair on older high-efficiency equipment. On top of that, the second floor never stayed comfortable during the winter.

We designed a solution focused on reliability, efficiency, and balanced comfort — including a new Trane variable-speed system with smart temperature sensing to better serve the second floor. We also added a REME HALO Zero air purification system to help improve indoor air quality and support the family’s allergy concerns.

🔁 Change your furnace filter. A dirty filter restricts airflow and can cause your furnace to overheat or shut down - especially during extreme cold.

🌡️ Set your Thermostat wisely. Avoid big temperature setbacks overnight. Consistent temperatures help prevent system strain.

🔥 Check furnace intake & exhaust pipes. Make sure snow, ice, or debris isn't blocking intake or exhaust pipes outside.

🚪 Seal drafts where you can. Close unused rooms, shut exterior door tightly, and use draft stoppers to help your system keep up.
