🏳 Unfortunately I will no longer be able to get to anymore bids in the month of April. Between the workload and bids that need to be completed still, I cannot add anymore on my plate. Feel free to call or text still, about lining up a bid in May, for work this summer. Just a head up, I'm currently booked up just over 2 months, and have 8 current bids to hear back from. This south county basement is back in style! I tackled EVERYTHING you see in the pics, and plenty behind the scenes. This job threw me a few curveballs, but I pushed through each one. The ceiling, panel walls, old dead wires, old pipes, old lights, and sinks were all removed. New drywall hung. Ceiling and walls painted. New lights, switches, and outlets were put in. Flooring was laid along with a short flexible base was put down to deal with the wavy basement floors and walls.
I know my current limits, but I've definitely branched out from just painting. Feel free to get ahold of me for your home improvements/painting! Thank you to those supporting small businesses!

I spent several days on this project. Over time a customer's pet urine got through tile, into the flooring, and beyond. The only way to get the smell out was an in depth demolition, plenty of odor blocking primer, and all new material for the reconstruction process. It was fun breaking out most of my tools for this job.

This 121 year old house in Webster will be looking great for years to come. Here are some before and after pics of this project I completed today. The brown front shutters and all of the light yellow (except the porch lattice) got a fresh coat. The 2nd story front overhang was quite the challenge! This job took every single ladder I have in the arsenal.

Some before and afters of this job I completed just in time for their Easter party. All white pillars, ceilings, french doors, main entrance and side lights, screen framing on the 1st story exterior/interior were repaired and painted. There was plenty of scraping, caulking, wood putty, and priming before I even started painting. Unfortunately I don't have a before pic of the entire front. It sure pops now! I have about 6 weeks of work lined up. Get your spot in line today!
