While you're doing your spring yard cleanup, be sure to clear away any debris (leaves, twigs) from any outdoor HVAC unit to at least 2-feet of clearance around your equipment. Debris around your condenser unit can damage the unit, cause it to operate less efficiently, and encourages pest invasion (mice love living in them!)
