MC Property & Maintenance is hiring a Construction Lead. 🔨
We’re looking for someone with experience leading small crews, keeping projects moving on schedule, training team members, and producing high-quality work. If you do excellent work, communicate well, and lead by example, we’d love to connect.
Examples of projects we consistently complete:
• Kitchen remodels
• Bathroom remodels
• Roofing & siding
• Windows & doors
• Sheetrock, tape, texture, & paint
• Staircase builds
• Decks
• Flooring & trim
• Basement finishing
• Egress windows
• Retaining walls
••• New construction homes, shops, & garages
Bonus points if you can proficiently operate equipment such as skid steers, loaders, telehandlers, and scissor lifts.
