I've been working on this little project for the past two weeks. First time putting in this type of flooring, with new methods. Had to repair a soft spot by the back door. I installed the cabinets and counter top, sink and plumbing in November. I've been doing toilet installs, sewer line repairs, and gas inspections/ repairs/ new installs in-between times. Just got done with the drain line on a new home build. Waiting on framing to continue, so about a month or less. Going back to flooring tomorrow, grout work next.... I will be posting updated pictures later.

Customer wanted to replace a shorted out non-gfci receptacle that was powering his sump pump. It was a wall light at some point before the pump was installed. I replaced with a weatherproof box, gfci receptacle, and cover. I suggested it to be moved closer to pump, but he wanted to keep the cost low, which is understandable with the high cost of materials.

A church had a new parking lot poured and an old building removed. A week later they noticed water seeping out all across the top of the new pour. Used listeners to pin point leak, but couldn't locate it as it was a decent sized lot. An exploratory cut was made to no avail. Had to call in leak detectors from an hour away. Exploratory hole that was cut ended up being less than a foot away from the leak. Old steel pipe that supplied the old building overstressed during concrete pour.

This is the second triplex, out of three, that I was working on until work was halted by customer. Hope to get back on the project soon. Already laid 8' sewage main that connects all three buildings and tied into city main. The project calls for five more identical buildings.

Not happy with the way the right hand k**b overlapped the edge.
The costumer was 100% satisfied with it though, I think it was mainly because whirlpool bath brand wanted over $600 for the original faucet.

One of my current projects.
Working on a 1860 sq. ft. home. This is the laundry room.
Tongue and groove pine board, sand and sealed. It is on all interior walls and about 75% of ceiling. I have installed the plumbing top-out and some water lines. Also built a solar water heater. Will add more photos when I can remember to take them.

This was a job for a lady that was without water for three weeks because the old steel lines degraded. She had low funds and had to wait for help. Replaced her main water line with PEX along with her kitchen, water heater, and washer supply lines. I also installed a washer supply valve box, kitchen sink, kitchen faucet, and S-trap assembly.
