The third and final phase of the Journal Squared development in Jersey City has been unanimously approved by the Jersey City Planning Board!
With its extensive rooftop amenities, dynamic streetscape, and close proximity to the Journal Square PATH station, Journal Squared has become an integral part of the historic and lively Journal Square neighborhood.

The Capstone represents Melillo โ–ช Bauer โ–ช Carmanโ€™s most recent commission in the bold Port Imperial landscape and we are thrilled to have been an integral part of the Design Team.

Residents of The Capstone are afforded the opportunity to enjoy nearly an acre of lavish rooftop park space as the centerpiece to this newly constructed riverfront high-rise.
