Replaced all decking boards and braces under the decking to sturdy the structure, extended the deck out to meet closer to the stairs, and rebuilt the stairs
And let's talk about that gorgeous finishing touch with those hog fencing panel deck rails. It completely changes the look of a deck.

Smaller bathroom changes. Originally had a pedestal sink and wanted some extra storage. So a simple classic white bathroom vanity to bring the storage that the client wanted.

Not every job is a huge production. Some jobs are maintenance that homeowners do to protect their assets.
Had a client whose windows got busted out. So we replaced them. Keeping the things in that need to stay in and keeping the things that are to be on the outside, Out.

Reviving the back half of this deck for the client was the plan for this project. The back part of the deck was completely unsafe and rotten. Pulled everything back to the good portion and constructed a safe, more practical back portion of the deck. The client didn't want the deck to extend past the house so we made sure to bring it to the edge of their house. Leaving a little history behind with the new to be enjoyed long into the Future.

A complete bathroom remodel. Upgrading to new tile, better lighting, and new fixtures significantly brightens the room and improves the overall impression often making it feel larger. What a difference, what a difference.
