Just going to share from my Instagram post since my last post on here for some reason isn't posted. View the slides and read the caption. Did this with no fancy equipment. Just all physical with my scrub brush, their junk mop followed by my clean mop and wonderful smelling chemicals

Originally went to clean up a mess from a toilet overflowing and flooding the place up but this stood up. One of my occasional regulars when she needs me. An upstairs neighbor had a pretty big leak which caused damage, maintenance did a crap job cleaning the gunk out of her tub and expecting a 68 year old to have the elbow grease to not just do this because it was much worse than this picture. Being the go getter I am I got it to this before a picture but that orange gunk was all in the tub and yours truly with his Midas Touch got it out 😁😁

Kitchen was even worse from my client Tim, all of the stench from the rotting fruit, potatoes, etc due to him having 2 power outages during his time in the hospital after a stroke. Small apartment, not crazy space but got this plus the dozen bags that was there prior to this photo out. May God bless him and heal him after his stroke.

First 6 are before pics of a floor being old and damaged from flooding for so long, last 6 are after cleaning it for one of my regular customers, Kea just moved in, landlord never disclosed about plumbing issues so she got the plumbing issues resolved and I cleaned it so beautiful, all she had left is a coating/refurbishing of it. She's very happy and I'm more than happy and honored to have made her comfortable with going down to this basement.
