Mike's UpKeep Home Maintenance, LLC we are 8:00 - 5:00pm family business. Our estimates, bids, all work is based off our hours of work. We have lunch 12 to 1 pm with a few breaks a day.

remodeling, painting, ,base board trim, wood flooring , tile jobs, ceiling board trim, door and window trims , smaller jobs needed, fences, anything non structural ilocated in Sterling Co covering all northeastern colorado. We don't give out a time frame with our estimates of how long it will be to have job done. Saturday and Sunday we are closed, If we do not get back to you we will on Monday.

Thankyou all for understanding. Also our goals is to help out as best as we can where it's affordable and make our customers happy. We are a Family Business and we understand stuff needs to be fixed but the cost with general contractors are very unaffordable and the wait is to long. We're here to help.

Offering exterior painting also but weather permitted because time of year. Message and get a free estimate and we can schedule you out for exterior paint jobs for the summer
