Their concrete counters were old, tired, worn, and ready for a fresh start — so we gave them exactly that with our premium concrete overlay system.

To bring these counters back to life, we:
• Ground the surface to remove the remaining stain and sealer
• Created a clean, solid bonding profile
• Applied three coats of our concrete overlay system

• Added a light gray stain for a modern, timeless look
• Finished everything with two coats of our durable matte urethane topcoat

The result? A clean, uniform, handcrafted finish that completely transforms the space.

This project started with an old building and a very tired slab — cracking, patched in multiple places, old pipe penetrations that had been cut off, and plenty of character from decades of use. After some extensive repair work, we were able to bring everything together into a clean, uniform, professional finish.

Ace selected our popular Weathered Gray flake blend — an excellent choice. Not too light, not too dark, and always a customer favorite for a reason.

We had the distinct privilege of working with the incredible team at Denny Menholt University Honda in Missoula, giving their service drive a full Taber’s Concrete Coatings makeover.

To get this floor ready for years of heavy use, we:
• Removed the old, failing coating
• Filled every relief cut and crack
• Installed our extremely durable, stylish epoxy flake floor system • Used our Weathered Gray flake blend for a clean, modern look
• Finished it with our high‑performance gloss polyaspartic topcoat

We hit the road to Helena recently to transform a beautiful 3,500 sq ft shop with a clean, durable grind‑and‑seal finish.

After grinding off the old glossy sealer, we applied our premium matte finish sealer and added a traction additive for improved slip resistance — perfect for Montana shops, garages, and workspaces.

Important things to consider before hiring a contractor.

We recently discovered another contractor in our area using photos of OUR projects (and others’) to promote their business. It’s disappointing, but it’s also an important reminder to be careful when choosing who to trust with your home or business.

A few things to keep in mind when hiring a contractor:
