I can’t believe I even have to post this and no I will not be nice about it.

We have been called “scammers” recently over postage issues, which is absolutely outrageous. 1) We cannot and will not ship on holidays. obviously 2) You will not get your tracking number as soon at it is dropped off, we drop off several items and sort them and program them into charts to keep YOUR purchases safe. 3) People who blow up our inboxes with hateful assumptions, rude comments within orders will be blocked and refunded automatically we have that power which surprises most somehow. 4) We ship on our schedule, If we have events for a weekend we will not be shipping that weekend obviously. We travel hours for events and are out of office all day, so no, we will not be at the post office. 5)if we’re a MOURNING A DEAD PET, it will in fact take us a lot more energy to process an order and we ask for the most understanding you can muster. 6) IF YOU CANOT BE KIND AND PATIENT FOR HANDMADE ART PLEASE DO NOT BUY IT. We take hours, days making sure every piece is custom and comes from the heart. We search every single detail to make sure what we make is something someone will love. We walk around outdoors for hours, scour through woods,thrifts,trash and everything we can to find that one special piece. We understand demand and the need to want things quickly but we just don’t simply work like that, and we never will “rush” for anything, art takes time, and time takes patience.

Life has been a little WHACK lately, but we’re still here, we’re back, and we’re doing alright. 🖤

Thank you so much for your patience, and a huge thank you to everyone who reached out to check on me. It truly means more than you know.

We’ve been busy creating some really cool new pieces, and we’ve got some awesome events coming up that we can’t wait to share with you!
