Hidden damage project completed by KR&R Home Repair LLC ⚒️

From the outside, this balcony wall was completely covered in vinyl siding — no visible signs of how bad the damage actually was underneath. Once we opened it up, we found extensive hidden rot caused by long-term water intrusion.

We removed all compromised material, rebuilt the damaged sections, installed new sheathing and proper weather barrier protection, and got everything sealed back up the right way.
