​As parents, we’ve seen firsthand the incredible impact of the 4-H program through our own kids. It teaches confidence, hands-on skills, responsibility, and what it truly means to give back—values that mean everything to us both at home and in our business.

We are thrilled to support our local youth this year and rehome a fine looking Boer goat named Norma! 🐐

At TC Builds we remodel, revive, and restore. We are ready to expand our team. TC Builds is seeking an experienced Crew Leader who brings deep technical expertise in residential building and construction. The ideal candidate must be confident in reading blueprints, floor layout, general framing, and finish carpentry—including door setting, window installation, trim work, siding, and general construction knowledge.

You’ll serve as the secondary point of contact on our jobsites, balancing hands-on craft with leading 1-3 crew members safely and efficiently. We provide steady local work, competitive compensation starting at 60-80k per year depending on experience, a tooled company vehicle, and a great work environment.

TC Builds swapped out old amber-tinted textured windows with sleek black high-efficiency frames in this sanctuary. Matches the exterior of the rest of the building and lets so much more light inside.
