Saturday reflection time... our house is a beautiful mess, always!

If you want your mini-me's to stop devouring junk food, stop buying it, it's that simple!

Not because I'm being judgy (although, let's be real, everyone is a little judgy), but because it's just practical.

Kids can't eat/drink what's not in the house, and they learn a ton from watching us adults stumble around.

Our shopping cart used to be a hot mess, but we made some changes, one step at a time. We started buying more fresh foods, cooking more meals at home, and being more intentional about what we brought into the house.

Because, at the end of the day, we're the example, whether we like it or not.

You don't have to change everything overnight. Start with one swap, one meal, one grocery trip at a time.
