Buyer activity continues to show steady momentum across the Charleston area, with nearly 200 single-family homes going under contract this past week.

We’re seeing activity across the market, from North Charleston and Summerville to West Ashley, Johns Island, and Mount Pleasant. The higher end is moving, too, with dozens of single-family homes priced over $1 million going under contract.
