Hello Looking for about 25 new Clients in Sun City West and Sun City the small side by side Condos with the Backyard Courtyards. The Hoa takes care of the front, but you are responsible for the back. Have a few Customers in there. Along Camino Del Sol, Meeker and Spanish Gardens. Sun City along Thunderbird 111th down to 103rd.. First Visit slightly more than after that monthly will be fixed, with everything going up now a days, nice to have one steady bill that stays the same. Can call or text pictures of courtyard to see if we are a good fit. Tall trees and Tall palms I do not do. Mostly shrubs, and small medium size trees, w**d control, light junk removal.
