Here was a fun one, mostly inside the AC on these "corn sweaty" days, lol. I hung some pictures & shelves, changed out a ceiling fan, removed the old beat up pantry doors giving them a good old fashioned refreshing of repairing any damage, nail holes & removed the old cork board, sanded & 2 coats of primer. A little drywall repair to top it all off & the customer was happy as can be.

What a mess!! I sure am pleased with the repair though and of course another without paint!! The humidity helped keep me on task...😰lol...I love projects like these & I love that it makes such a big difference for folks. These little peev's we get about how something looks, doesn't work or isn't how somebody wants.. Keep them coming...Stay hydrated out there...

Happy Monday!!

Between replacing broken window glass, rehanging pantry doors with custom made casement, bathroom vent fan instals, making new acquaintances along the way including the great weekend I had with loved ones, I couldn't imagine having it any better. It's some great weather we're having, nice & sunny..& HOT🥵🥵lol...but i love helping folks out with repairs, upgrades & home maintenance.

Here was a decent project with the rotted wood & sill and the twisted garage along with humidity made it challenging, but this is a solid rebuild with original custom door size & again this homeowner chose to paint it themself..I sure cant wait to paint a project so i can see it from 100% before & after, Haha...

Happy Saturday Folks!! What a great day out there. I hope everyone gets the recharge they need for a short holiday week. I wanted to throw a quick one out saying how I love helping out this older couple with their little projects. This fella likes painting as a hobby & was juiced to put some exterior paint on this to match and she cant wait to get the comforter back out in the breeze. Here was a fun one that was quite the reprieve from the heat!!😰..lol. The customer on this one was very happy that I was able to do some custom work cleaning up a previous contractor's left behind mess..eww..They chose to do the painting themselves & I can't wait to see how great the final result is!!
