Together We Rise is more than a fundraiser, it’s a celebration of community, resilience, and the future of Douglas County.

Join Phoenix School of Roseburg for an evening of connection, meaningful stories, dinner, and community impact as they come together to support children, youth, and families across the region.

For more than 40 years, Phoenix has provided pathways for young people to stay engaged, employed, and empowered through education support, workforce development, mentorship, and hands-on learning opportunities. Today, that mission continues to grow through the Phoenix Early Learning Center, youth reengagement programs, Teen Zone, and Phoenix WORKS vocational pathways.

Your support directly helps:
• Families access reliable childcare so parents can remain employed
• Youth reconnect with education and career pathways
• Young adults gain paid job experience and workforce skills
• Local families find stability and support during challenging times

The evening will feature:
• Dinner and community gathering
• Silent auction
• Stories from students, families, and program participants
• Opportunities to give and support Phoenix’s mission

This is not about building something new - it’s about strengthening and expanding programs already making a real difference right here in Douglas County.

Together, we rise to support the next generation.

For over 40 years, the Phoenix School of Roseburg, 501(c)3 non-profit, has been a cornerstone of education, workforce development, and youth engagement in Douglas County. Phoenix School has prided itself on providing a safe, supportive place for youth ages 14-26 to re-engage in education, build job readiness skills, and enable them to find pathways to success, now and into the future.
